📦 PREPARATION & SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping takes place within 5 business days from the order date. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your package is handed over to the courier.

📮 ORDER TRACKING
Tracking becomes available only after customs clearance in the UK. Packages depart from Dubai with local couriers; the Royal Mail tracking code will be visible once the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom.

🔄 RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGE
If you wish to return an item due to size issues or dissatisfaction, we will arrange collection with a courier and send you the requested size or replacement item.
Refunds are issued only if the product has not been used.

💱 CURRENCY AT CHECKOUT
The website displays prices in pounds sterling (£), but at checkout the total may sometimes appear in dollars.
Don’t worry: you will always be charged the exact equivalent in GBP.
